No. Daily Promotions is not responsible for data that is collected, copied, or shared outside our platform by client staff or systems. For example, if employees take screenshots, photos, downloads, or videos of customer data on their own devices, that activity is fully under the client’s control and responsibility.

Our responsibility is limited to protecting the data processed within the Daily Promotions platform itself. We provide strong safeguards—such as encryption, access controls, and compliance logging—for data handled in our systems. However, once data is exported or handled on client premises, it is up to the client to manage access, train staff, and ensure proper data protection practices are followed.
