How can an End User access or delete their data?

Category: Understanding Your Data Rights Updated 1 week ago

If an End User (a customer) wants to see, correct, or delete their personal data, they should reach out directly to you, the Client, since you are the data controller. This includes requests for:

  • Access (seeing what data is held)

  • Correction (fixing inaccurate details)

  • Deletion (erasing data)

  • Objection or restriction (limiting use of data)

  • Portability (receiving a copy of their data in a usable format)

When you receive such a request, Daily Promotions will support you as the Client and carry out any verified instructions you provide within the platform.

This way, End Users’ rights are respected, while you maintain control as the data controller.
