Will DP delete End-User data when a Client cancels?

Category: Understanding Your Data Rights Updated 1 week ago

o, End-User data is not deleted immediately when a subscription ends. Instead, Daily Promotions places the data in a restricted state, meaning it cannot be used for campaigns.

We retain this data for for important reasons such as:

  • Compliance with privacy and marketing laws

  • Audit purposes

  • Fraud prevention and security reviews

After this retention period, the data is either securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized, unless we are legally required to keep it longer (for example, due to an ongoing investigation or legal hold).

This process ensures both regulatory compliance and protection of client and user data.
